| Oh, I'm SO excited! I am DYING to see your version of the Snape and Dumbledore confrontation from book 6. Yes, I am really missing "pretty-little-whore" Snape, but exposition and groundwork must be worked into the story, too. Harry was very brave, taking Hermione into the Pensieve to see the Astronomy Tower incident. Hermione was very good at soothing him afterwards -- and he even told what he had made Dumbledore do in the cave.
You are doing fabulously well, sweetie. The words are pouring out and you are channelling them beautifully. We all love you and appreciate it immensely! | I really love how you're incorporating canon. It really gives the story clarity and drives the plot forward. Although lately I've been inclined to read HBP again...last time I read it was on the release day when I got it in the mail and finished it in about 10 hours...crazy, huh? It's been really good so far, but I wonder when dear old Severus will pop up again...now that he's "raving mad" it should be interesting to see what he is doing. Anyway, I hope you can update soon, because I can just tell this is going to get better in better with every posted chapter. (*hint hint*) Kudos to you. As always, The Grim | |||

| The pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. Hermione is quite insightful: especially about the Avada Kedrva curse, which struck me
as odd also. The way Dumbledore died, it doesn't fit with the description of how people usually die from that curse. Then again, I could be wrong. Now, if they could get the right memories from Hagrid, then maybe they'll get their answers. I can't wait to see what Hermione's deduction will be. Can't wait! Cheers! ^_^ Author's Response: Hermione is like a hound on the scent! She'll figure it out eventually. JKR's description of what happened to Albus is odd when compared with the other AKs we've seen. I'll be interested to read book 7 and see if there is any reason behind it. Thanks! :) | |||

| Really hated the start.
You let us know the pensive is coming, but then there we were, bored as Ron.
I felt like I was right there being bored with him! Good job on the imagery, now I shoudl go read it again to see all that I skipped to get ahead ;) Author's Response: Lol, sorry about that! I needed to get some general library description in, and that seemed more interesting than the usual poderous descriptive passages. But now, the library is described and we won't have to go through that again! Thanks! :) | |||

| I like the bit from Ron's POV. Poor guy, he's usually the one left out of Hermione and Harry's brainstorming! I'm intrigued to know what was wrong with Snape's Killing Curse and have paced back and forth in front of my desk and laptop before even writing this review! Please don't make us wait too long Pook !!! Puh-leeeeeeeeeese? Author's Response: I like Ron, and it shows in my fics I think. I'm glad that you liked the sliver of Ron POV. | OHHH, and the plot thickens!! Once again you've proved to be a master storyteller!! Harry needed to go through the pensive with Hermione. He seems lighter for sharing his horrible memories with her. And with Hermione on the case the truth will come to light! You've also done a beautiful job maturing all three 0f the Golden trio! | Ooooh, you're good. Nice catharsis with Harry, nice insight on Ron's waiting (I liked that, very humanizing). I am looking forward to Hagrid's memory! | Ahhh...I love Sensible Ron!
It was nice having so much of his POV on this one.
I really like how you handle your mysteries-keeping your cards close to your vest! So, when the wind blows southerly, can Snape tell a hawk from a handsaw? (shameless Hamlet reference).
