I am really enjoying this story. Oh, please let Severus be faking his madness! I can't stand the thought that he would really be insane. ;_;

Author's Response: *sigh* I'm afraid that I shall have to disapoint you. But never fear! I do tend towards happy endings in my stories! Thanks! :)

As you state that you are fond of reviews, I shall try to keep commenting. Very nice trait to have Snape write in Goblin! It always amazed me that there are no "foreign" languages in the Hogwarts curriculum. Bartolomeus Crouch cannot be the only one who found it convenient to speak with other sentient magical creatures. One would think that Hermione, being who she is, would at least attempt to learn Goblin and Gobbledegook, or whatever it is house-elves speak among themselves.

Author's Response: Too true! The Hogwarts class choices seem awfully limited, don't they? No languages, no arts. Very basic. Thanks for reading and thanks for the kind review! :)

I was hooked on this story from Chapter one. I love the calm insane Snape and his mannerisums and that Drago seems to be looking out for him. I'm a fan of your fic's so I know you won't disapoint and abandon this. Please update soon.

Author's Response: I haven't abandoned one yet, though an occasional bout of writer's block has taken it's toll! So keep your finger's crossed, and hopefully I'll keep my fingers typing along quickly! I'm thilled that you like it so far! More soon! Thanks :)

Hi! I'm so ecstatic that youre doing another fic! Already I'm looking foward to the adventures and the drama! Your fics were always a fantastic read, so I'm really anticipating every moment to come! A insane Snape huh? Well, this is certaintly new: when I was reading the itneractions between all three of them, I just assumed that Snape was acting 'insane' becasue I didn't think Snape wanted to draw attention to himself, so imagine my surprise when I find it he's really insane! He is going to be healed at some point or another, won't he? I hope so. Snape's done so much for the Order, and he deserves a second chance(along with Draco of course) Are both of them 'spies' for the Order or is Draco simply helping Snape becasue he saved his life? I'm very curious now. Can't wait for the next installment! Update soon, cheers! ^_^ P.S. I know that my questions are supposed to be in the chapter 2 review, but I was so into it that I couldn't stop reading at chapter 2. Hope you don't mind!

Author's Response: Darlin', you gave me a lovely review, and I don't care where you put it! I'm so glad that you like the fic so far. I think it will be big fun. Yup, Snape's really nutters, but I'll not tell you why or if it's permanent! Ain't I a stinker? Lol! Thanks for coming along for the ride, and thanks for the sweet review! :)

I reread Ch.2 before starting this one, noticing particularly Snape's speech and actions and ended thinking of Tourette's syndrome because of the way he was talking. After reading what Remus tells Hermione especially about Snape I'm quite simply confused (as you probably intended). Considering his purposeful behaviour and accurate perception of how others view him, I can't help but wonder if he's playing everyone, crazy like a fox, you know? But maybe not. I'm sure you'll let us know all in good time. So, I look forward to future updates. ~casey

Author's Response: He's nutters allright. But it's nothing to do with Tourette's. Though that is a smashing idea, Snape with Tourette's! Never fear, you'll get more insights into Snape's muddled mind as we go along. His mannerisms are chosen for a reason, and they'll be more of that later. Thanks for reading, and thanks for the kind review! :)
