| Good lord, I love this story! Actually, I found it when searching for something new to read, and thought I'd clicked the 'complete' option. I was a bit shocked when I got to Chapter 30 and realised I was mistaken! (I may have said a very naughty word on public transport as I stared at my laptop in shock). Nonetheless, I have seriously been enjoying myself so far - this is really a fabulous example of what characterisation is in a great writer's hands. You're doing such a wonderful job with this story, I really hope that it's not a long wait for the next chapter - I cannot wait to read more! In anticipation -DV. | Most of this I am really enjoying. The story line is intriguing and following important pieces of the book. I am following closely what has happened to Snape. I like his character in this, but hope to see him again as his usual self. I am not sure about the motherly side of Hermione. I don't see her kissing Snape on the forehead and tucking him in. Other than that, she is her usual smarty pants self. Maybe just keep their relationship a little off kilter and not so motherly. I think Hermione would be a little bit leary of a Snape like this, even though I get that she is treating him like this to keep him calm. Really like where this is going though. Author's Response: I guess, to me, Hermione seems to mother everyone in the books with fusses and hugs. The boys, Hagrid, Neville, Grawp, the house elves. But I also confess part of the fun of fanfic is getting to play around with the characters a bit. If I was writing cannon, I'd be JKR and have a ton more money! :D Thanks for reading, and thanks for the kind review! | |||

| Ok, I re-read the story including the new chapter. All I can say is a heartfelt thank you for Chapter 30. | I'm generally content to enjoy a story without reviewing. But I must say that I'm very glad that you've chosen to post at least this much more. I do hope that you'll continue the story and complete it. It's always sad when a story I've been following goes dormant, so what a pleasant surprise to see an update after so long. Thank you! | So I just finished reading all 30 chapters, and I just want to say keep it coming! Though Snape is a bit out of character (even as a madman) to me, I could not stop laughing! I cannot wait to read were it goes from here! Author's Response: I imagine everyone has a different idea of what a mad Snape would be like. Mine was a bit on the witty/ comical side. I absolutely did not want to write 30+ chapters of angst. I'll leave the angst fic to the angst writers, it's just not how I roll. I suppose I write ony Severus Snape fic because he's the most fun to play with. Though none of my Snapes are too dark, they aren't especially alike either. Oh, the possibilities! | |||

| could you please try to update this story for whenever possible...i mean, the wait is killing me...i do not intend to put pressure on you though..i simply want you to know that alot has been expecting an update to this story...and pls don't ever consider abandoning this..as it'll be unfair..i beg of you.. Author's Response: It was horrid of me to abandon it for so long. The next chapter is already in my lovely beta reader's capable hands. Chapter 32 1st draft is finished, and Chapter 33 is started. I think 33 or 34 will be the end. So there you go. I expect it to be posted and complete within the next few weeks. | |||
