| So...did anyone ever actually *see* Severus' father die? Or could he have pulled some magical disappearing act? That old man seems a little suspect, if you ask my opinion.

I don't care if this chapter is short. After all, it is still full of emotion. I hope this will have a happy ending . I feel confident about it, after all, Hermione is a clever witch. hehe. | The bookends with Sev's and his sister's names on the bottom are a nice touch. I hope Sev gets to hear about his sister (either in the pensieve or from his mother's portrait).
