| Well I'm glad that Severus and Sirius are at least civil to each other. Not that I care if Sev is civil to Sirius, but we all know that dog can be a right bastard. Great chapter. | Some may say that Severus and Sirius behaving civilly to one another is OOC. I say that since Severus had just spent the weekend in “…an astonishing and joyous mixture of Potions research and lovemaking…” that he would be civil to Voldemort himself! Great chapter, thanks for the update and the Turpin appearance. Author's Response: An excellent point! I expect the Potions master is feeling a bit more forgiving that usual. Lol! :) | |||

| Ulp ... too much syrupy Sirius fluff ... so in a way it WAS Sirius' fault that Severus turned into a Death Eater, because Sirius didn't get expelled? I can't believe Turpin is getting along with Black; I was counting on Turpin to at least bite Sirius at some point, and now he's ... he's ... ulp ... [sorry, turning queasy here; could use more lemonade with Severus and Hermione - NOT with Black or Lupin!] Author's Response: Sure you don't want a threesome? Lupin, Black, and Snape perhaps? *wg* Hey! I DID have Turpin bite Sirius when Severus was in Azkaban and I had him try to bite the man on numerous occasions. But I just can't see Turpin continuing his war with Sirius' ankles after the wizard helped rescue his master. You're quite correct, though Severus wouldn't give him credit for the whole shebang, in this fic that was the straw that broke the camels back. I suppose there will be some more lemons coming soon, and you can relax, I don't plan any more Sirius scenes. Thanks for the review, June! :) | |||

| Good chapter, as always. It may be OOC for Severus and Sirius to act civily to each other, but I enjoyed the growing comraderie. They will need all the support and friendship they can get for the big battle coming up. I can't wait to read about how the potion works and see them test it in a large group.
Keep up the good work, I'm eagerly awaiting the next installment! Author's Response: Well, the whole situation is a bit odd, seeing how I shamelessly brought Sirius back from the dead. But I don't know if I agree with it being OCC. I can imagine situations where they would feel it in their best interests to at least act civil to each other even if they will never actually like one another's company.
