| Mmmmmm, another chapter. Excellent. I do have a bit of criticism in that I think Albus gave in far too easily. No matter how extraordinary Hermione is, she is still a student in his care. Sending her to Azkaban, nevermind that it's the only way to save Severus, would be a very hard sell IMHO.
Author's Response: Perhaps,perhaps. However, in cannon you hear over and over that Dumbledore knows everything that goes on at Hogwarts. In that case, he has been aware of the trio's actions ever since Harry went after the Sorcerer's stone when they were only first years! He certainly encouraged them to use the time turner to go on a quite dangerous mission when they were only third years. So I don't see it as particularly far fetched that he would not stop Hermione the 7th year, especially as she is taking an older wizard with her. Not that he could stop "Hermione with a mission", at any rate! Thanks for the review, I truly love hearing what people think of my tale, whether theyagree with my choices or not! :) | |||

| I truly enjoy your story. It is really good. Even in their slightly enhanced state it's easy to find the cannon characters in your work. You stay true to form and make the story very believable. In regards to my own personal preferences, your story is just sweet enough to make me happy without taking the all too common fanfic plunge into sugar comma land. I really love it and fate would have it that I would start reading now, with a huge cliff hanger as the last posted chapter. If you're still taking names for the list of people to email I'll add my own. Not that I imagine one more would make it worth while, but I'll definitely check back often. It's just fantastic. The characters are lovely and well thought out, as is the plot. I can only hope that she has given him enough happiness to keep him sane. You're not the only one who is totally obsessed with fanfiction, and I just love Turpin. He cracks me up. Please keep writing and updating, and I've never heard a writer give her beta so much love before. So my appreciation goes out to Kim as well, the faithful editor doing all the dirty work. Keep it up. Author's Response: I cannot help but give bushels of love to my beta, Kim, as she's the best thing since sliced bread! Honestly, I wouldn't be here if she hadn't taken pity on a poor noobie writer and helped me with my structure. I've learned so much from her! I'm so pleased you like my story, and that you think I have kept to the "spirit" of the characters, even though I play around with them. While I'll never write stuff that is very dark, I hope i won't fallinto complete fluff land either. I'm glad you like Turpin, I'm still a bit uncertain about my OC's. He is a hoot to write! | Well, I'll grudgingly accept a guilty, repentant Sirius if it will get our Impossible Potions Professor out of prison. And I suspect Snape isn't mad, he just can't believe it's really Hermione in front of him. After all, he's probably gone weeks or even months without a happy thought before, so what's 5 days?Also, if he becomes overjoyed at seeing Hermione, it will summon a lot of Dementors, which would be a serious problem. Author's Response: Clever girl! Glad you got a kick out of this chapter, and I'll try to get the next one up soon. Seems like more readers are forgiving me for bringing Sirius back from the dead now that he's become useful. *smirk* :) | |||

| Great chapter! Lots of suspense and a great description of Azkaban! Poor Severus! Hopefully, Hermione will be able to get him home and find a way to help him! I can't wait for 18!
