| Severus stormed into the infirmary, wand at the ready. A quick scan of the area failed to show signs of either Miss Granger or Poppy thus ffeling a slight burk he lowered his wand before calling softly to see if either individual was present. "Up here." Miss Granger's voice floated down from the ceiling; it seemed Poppy had actually manage to drive Hermione up the wall and in this case half way across the ceiling as well.....

| It's no secret that I despise Sirius Black, not just in fanfiction but in JKR's books. I'm very happy that Albus stuck up for Severus. I'm also happy that Harry was probably the most mature of the adult men there, in that he saw Hermione's decision to have Severus there as a smart one, not to mention saying she knows what's good for her. Bravo to you Pooka! I'm tossing some peanut butter cookies your way for a wonderful chapter. Author's Response: Cookies? Pook gets cookies? Wooooo-hooooo! Sirius is not my favorite charachter, as you can tell. *snicker* But I plan to have a bit of fun with him in this little adventure. Glad you liked it so far! :) | |||

| OKAY!!! Hey Plaid! Dick Turpin - as in 'The Ballad of Dick Turpin'? That is like my all time favorite poem! What's the last line -
He strode up to that dreadful thing that within the gateway stood. It outstretched a hand to him that the dawn stained with blood. "Welcome," it said. "Thou'st ridden well...and outstripped all but Me." Man - I LOVE that! And I love what you're doing with this story. The Firewalker aspect is so COOL!! So, like keep it going! D. | Ah...the fun part of going on vacation is that you come back and all your favorite stories are updated. This is a very good chapter, though I'm not sure if Hermione would be a member of the Order as she's still in school. Fred and George weren't allowed until after they graduated, but then again, if things are escalating...sorry, over thinking. Anyway, great chapter! Author's Response: Actually, didn't Fred and George drop out of school? They were inducted intp the Order after ditching school. Anyway, I decided the trio gets inducted before 7th year, and since JKR hasn't published anything to say otherwise, yet *giggle* it can be anyway I wanna! I'm a stubborn little thing, aren't I? Glad you are back from vacation, hope you had a good time! I missed your live journal updates. :) | |||

| All right, now that you have got me hooked, I must plead ~ More please more! I am really enjoying it so far, your characterizations are wonderful. Just a thought on Turpin, I know you have him as a Jarvey, but seems to me he must have a touch of mongoose in him as well, perfect to keep those snakes of Slytherin in line ;->.
