| Fantastic chapter. Thank the lord he wasn't insane, just missing her so much he thought she was a figment of his imagination. LOL, it took being improsoned to him to openly show her how he felt, oh well, he's stubborn. And I loved "the unidentified missle," that was wonderful. I can't wait for more. | Plaidpooka, I knew it I knew it I knew it! *does a happy dance* I knew you wouldn't make him insane, you darling girl. But not only that, but also you put some lime-iny goodness in there! I'm so proud of Sirius letting his anger go for the moment. I'll admit my face split with the widest grin when Turpin ran in cryng 'Syphilis!' I really adore that Jarvey now. I was thinking since you haven't written the next chapter some things I'm expecting to be resolved (all of course, after you get over your cold/allergy illness. Goodness knows it sucks to be sick) 1. Will they -ever- get it over with and finally shag? The poor dears. 2. Sirius and Severus make a truce. They don't have to be friends, that just doesn't seem natural 3. Turpin gets along -quite- well with Crookshanks, and there are some additions to the familiars. (lol, just kidding, although it would be pretty funny. But is Crookshanks male or female? I can't remember.) Anyway, so these three -rather- important points had better well be resolved by the end of the story, (although I'd make #1 a priority) and should be taken into serious consideration. A slight critique that came to mind was the fluffiness of this chapter (I suppose too many 'Love's for my palate), although it seems with your scarlet teaser of a last sentence, further fluff will be postponed. Other than that slight thing, another wonderfully written chapter, (should we expect any less?), although sadly short in length for us readers. Take your time to get well, and defintely enjoy those meds, but please do not forget there are quite a few readers - just think of all the people who aren't reviewing added with the number of reviews - who are hanging on the edge of your cliffhanger, and I'm not sure how long we can hold on in suspense. And hey! It's not midnight. Well, it's 11:00, but I'm getting better, lol. As ever, I am more than happy to relieve (or maybe I've just exacerbated it) your review-slut cravings. Author's Response: Clever girl! You weren't the only of my clever readers who suspected he didn't believe she was real. Not to worry, I've got all the loose end-y bits tied up in my head, it's just a matter of getting it all typed! 1. It's rated NC-17, what do you think? *smirk* 2. As Sirius has said, they will never pick out china patterns together. *giggle* Maybe I'll have Severus toss out Hermione and shag Sirius? That would be different than what I planned, but it would tie up your first two points nicely! *gigglegigglegiggle* 3. That makes me giggle, but as they are both male, I don't think so. I don't feel up to writing slash beastiality! Now, now, both our intrepid characters have already declared their love for each other, you really can't blame them for wanting to blather on a bit about it. Even the most snarky of people get a touch goofy when in love, at least, that is my experience. Even Hitler got married. Of course, he ended up in a ditch, covered in petrol and on fire for his honeymoon, but I imagine he got at least one 'Ich liebe dich' in before his fiery death. Now your comment on the shortness of the chapter honestly puzzles me, as it's my longest chapter to date. I'm going to pretend that you enjoyed it so much it just seemed to fly by! I will try to get this next chappie written as soon as I can. Hopefully I can update in a week! Thank you for the lovely, thoughtful, and long review! Sorry for not reviewing earlier- I am a horrible lurkaholic but your fic is just so fantastic that I really have no excuse not to review so I'll try my best to leave reviews from now on. | Wow. Their physical intimacy proceeded surprisingly quickly in this chapter, it seemed. I guess being in Azkaban broke through his restrained exterior. It is nice that you've removed the pesky obstacle of their student-teacher relationship. I look forward to seeing their next interaction. Author's Response: Lol, well, we wouldn't want to get the poor fellow killed, would we? Much easier to let him hide in his dungeons. Was it quick? They've had a b'zillion hugs, a previous kiss, and than a couple more smoochies and a bit of making out. Hmmm....it didn't seem all that fast to me? But I may be biased! His biggest problem with the relationship was his spying after all, and that no longer applies. Thanks for the review! :) | |||
