| Poor Hermione! Poor Severus! Poor Turpin! At least the other two will be fighting, poor Turpin is left at home alone to wait. I am glad to see the new chapter (actually, I beleive it was two new chapters for me. Between school ending and travelling to variouse destinations over the last month and a half, I have missed a number of updates on this site). Anyway, it looks like the climax is coming soon (hmmm...that sounds a little perverted doesn't it? LOL!). I look forward to your next chapter! ^_^ Author's Response: *giggle* May the climax never come too soon! Glad you are enjoying it. | I think I had an overdosis on fanfiction today, as I began this morning at 11 and read until quarter past midnight, only stopping for eating and the loo. So I will have to read this chapter again tomorrow as I didn't put all my attention in this chapter. but I must say..that's a rude cliffie u left us with. I can only hope you update soon...and poor turpin...poor, poor Turpin...you won't let his master die now, would you. Also Sev's thought about following Mione, even to death...so poetic....reminds me Shakespeare's Tragedy 'Romeo and Juliet' anyway. And Mione taking over control...was bloody fantastic..... Well, I guess I did read the chapter good enough...but I will keep the (rather good) excuse so I can read it again tomorrow :p

I've certainly read some fics that I've found myself reading over and over, Parseltongue-tied being a perfect example. Sorry about the evil cliffie...oh, who am I kidding? I'm not sorry at all! I take a wicked glee in writing the occasional clifhanger! All wickedness aside, I wouldn't worry too much about Turpin. Even as wicked as I might be, I wouldn't do anything to break the little bugger's heart. Thanks for the sweet review! :) | |||

| Should he die the next day... (sob ... reader weeps with Turpin ....) Will Andrene be helping on the battlefield? You know, two empaths are better than one? Two new chapters are better than one, especially if the second is less angsty? Thank you for updating!! Author's Response: I'm afraid the next chapter is not likely to be less angsty, though perhaps action packed is a better description. Andrene may indeed be making another appearance before the tale is through, but not on the battlefield. It's strictly Order members there. Thanks for reading! :) | |||

| I love this story...every time you post another chapter I start all over from the beginning...and read it again. Author's Response: How sweet is that! I confess I often do the same thing when I read updates to some of the stories I'm really fond of. Not only do i simply enjoy reading them over, it reminds me what has happened in that particular fic. Lol, sometimes I think i read too much. Nah, no such thing! Thanks for the kind review! :) | |||

| This chapter has left my eyes brimming with tears and a panic that one of them may actually die! Indeed I had to check for warnings on the story before I was able to write your review! I'm not sure if I've reviewed your story before (apologies if that's the case), but it is certainly one of my favourites. - That's the pleasant trouble with ashwinder, so many excellent stories it's too hard to select favourites! :-) Cleo x Author's Response: I hear you! I read quite a lot of stories at Ashwinder myself, there are so many good ones to choose from! While I have been teasing readers about killing folks off, there is no character death warning on this fic for a reason. It would be downright unhonorable for me to have lured folks in this far and hit them with a surprise character death at this point. So don't fret, even if appearances are somewhat decieving now and then. Thanks so much for the sweet review! :) | |||

| this is a very sad chapter. i do hope you continue it and hopefully an sequel. i hope you post againg soon. this is one of my favorite stories. Author's Response: I'm so glad you are enjoying it! We're only a few chapters from the end I think. I have no plans for an extensive sequel, but I do have a short companion piece in mind that ceters around Turpin. Thanks for reading! :) | |||
