| Lemons? Hooray!!! Provided of course, that Turpin doesn't waltz in at an inopportune moment. He would have a field day with Severus if that happened. As it is, he might just have a field day anyway. Congratulations on receiving over 1,000 reviews. It's quite an accomplishment and it definitely says something about the quality of your writing. And it's only your second forray into fanfiction! How many authors can claim such popularity so early? Even our beloved JK had to wait a few years before her work became the phenomenon it is today. So yes, well done to you and I have thoroughly enjoyed every step of the way and there is no doubt in my mind that I will continue to do so. I feel like I should insert some sort of cheer here, but I was never a cheerleader or even a sports fan so the best I can scrape together is a "Go Team Pooka!" I look forward with a disturbing amount of anticipation to the next chapter in your lovely work.

| Hurray! Snape's lucky he didn't get hexed worse. I like that you didn't make her a virgin. It makes things more plausible that way. Especially the part about her not seeing what all the fuss is about. Because I don't think any girl would on her first time. It also sheds some light onto her curiosity when Adrene called him a 'grindsman'. Author's Response: Ahh yes, Grindsman indeed! | PlaidPooka: My 1st review, though my 3rd or 4th time reading thru this WONDERFUL story, waiting for this new chapter update! So good---so very good! (and I'll assume we'll hear those phrases quite a bit in the next chapter??? ;) In the words of the immortal song of some years back---"DON'T LEAVE ME THIS WAY!" And speaking of songs, the only thing that was a bit of a disappointment in this chapter was I had imagined all kinds of snarky/sweet responses from Snape when Turpin asks him, (regarding the Dragon & Virgin song of the earlier chapter), what the answer to the song's question was, and Snape sweetly tells him to bugger off. Oh well, though, your scenario led seamlessly into his meltdown that led to them melting into each others' arms that will lead to.....(sigh) Maybe---pretty please----an update by Valentine's Day? perfect timing and all, right???

| That is the cutest and most halerious thing i've ever read. Reminds me of when i babysat my cousin. she cried until i held her. Is that how you came up with the idea of snape picking hermione up to get her to stop crying or something? *shrugs* well, anyway, great chapter^_^ Author's Response: That probably did influence me. | Oh boy oh boy oh boy! I want the next chapter now! This was really great. His jealousy was amazing and strong. I can see him snapping like that , as he seems to lose sense of reason sometimes such as in 3rd year in the shrieking shack. This was really powerful. I can't wait for the next chapter.
