| Thank you for another wonderful story. I enjoy your softer-without-being-loathesomely-mawkish Snape, and your OC's- especially Turpin- are often laugh-out-loud hilarious. | Wonderful story, wonderful chapter. Hermione asking how many (hugs) it's been is sneaky and brilliant. And their discussion of rescuing hits just the right tone: "I'm a Gryffindor ... we are excellent at rescuing people in distress." (Still, I would have used the contraction "we're" in place of we are.) Looking forward to your next update. Author's Response: LOL, I have been told my dialog is a bit stiff, I imagine it's the difficulty of a yank such as I trying to write British charachters! I think I've made a touch of progress since NJ, but I've still got a ways to go! Thank you for the kind review. :) | |||

| This is a very nice chapter reintroducing Hermione to her peers. I thoroughly enjoyed Severus' jealousy towards Harry until he learned the truth. I admit that I was hoping for a little more Turpin, he's quite stolen my heart. Author's Response: *giggle* If I'm not careful, Turpin will be the worst scene stealer in fanfic! Don't worry, we'll have a few more good Turpin scenes soon. :) | |||

| I'm really enjoying this, thanks for sharing it. The password was brilliant nd the hug-count is amusing. I didn't get the sense that Hermione is having to deal with her gift yet - is she already so well protected that she can't feel what the people sitting in her classes and her teachers are feeling (i.e. the lonley little first years, the lovestruck seventh years or the nasty little Ravenclaw in Charms who is jealous of Hermione's grades?) Author's Response: You know, when I first started thinking about this story, I had planned to get more into Hermione's gift and how it effects her everyday life. I imagined some ammusing scenes between her and the other students, but I was afraid the story was getting bogged down, so I have not yet explored those posibilities. This is heading towards Lemonville, and yet I'm in chapter 15 of my first draft and they haven't even managed a kiss yet! So I may indeed leave my focus rather narrow where her gift is concerned, I haven't quite decided. Thanks for the thought provoking review! I love that! :) | |||

| Pook, if I did not know you had more up your sleeve, I'd be banging down your door. Nasty Muggleborn vixen. You know where my mind is? When it said "Severus' clock struck midnight" I read something completely different. (*giggling* Naughty me. Perhaps there is a bit of smut that needs to be written on this end.) Honestly, the suspense is going to kill me. Oh sweet torture. Author's Response: *gigglegiggle* When the clock struck, did you read "naked time"? LOL! Oh, smut should come fairly soon, I can't put it off too much longer! Maybe a couple more chappies to go first! ;) And yes, you deffinately need to write more smut!!! :) | |||
