Thank you for that #4 author's note. I wonder how many of the non-Commonwealth readers know that...
Anyway, as always this is sucha beatufiul story. I love how you are developing it and I cannot wait for the next installment. ~Kye
Author's Response: I know, I always have to watch how I'm spelling it because it sounds nothing like it looks. That's the one thing that really bugs me about American military shows. |

Oh wow, Hermione really played Percy! I loved it. Very sad death story for the Weasleys. I liked your depiction of Percy. I could see him making a series of bad decisions and then finally getting up the nerve to make a really good one. And Snape really is a greasy bastard. Where is he? ;-D Best, Sophie - who's not disappointed that Lucius didn't show up, but Snape, Snape, where are you??? ;-D
Author's Response: Yeah, Snape's gonna get it, and soon. I'm really enjoying this whole "manipulative" Hermione. She's fun to write. |

Oh god. Wonderful chapter. The battle scene was so powerful. I love the fact that Arthur and Molly died for Percy in the end.
And it is a portkey, isn't it ? I do hope she will be appear with Severus in the car... hehe. I can't wait for your next update. Your story is so good.
Author's Response: Yes, it is a portkey. But to where? That's the question... |

Oh my god. I think this was definitely the best chapter by far!
The description of the battle was so well-written, yet so sad. I never cry during fics or books or movies for that matter but that was so sad, I was bawling!
All I can say is wow.
Author's Response: Whoot! I'm making people cry! Awesome. I really loved writing that chapter. It was fun. |

Very nice twist. I was expecting Polyjuice, though I also suspected it wasn't possible.
Author's Response: Yeah, that darned Polyjuice is just so hard to brew in time for important events. |

Okay, you've made me like Percy, at least a bit. Okay, more than bit. But she unfolds the map and says 'drunken Shakespeare' and then it Portkeys her away?? Severus told her that if she says Gregorovich’s name his likely whereabouts would appear on the map, and disappear if she said ‘drunken Shakespeare' - so why does she unfold the map and say 'drunken Shakespeare' if there's nothing on the map? Umm, that's a Portkey, right? That's the hook behind the navel feeling? Sigh.... I just hope she doesn't kill Severus when she sees him again! Thanks for updating; where's the next chapter!?
Author's Response: Aha! Indeed, all will be explained. Did no one think that Percy had betrayed her? Everyone's so convinced that Severus had something to do with it.
Author's Response: Oh, and you're absolutely right. I made an error, and thank you for catching it. I don't have a beta reader, so I'm trying to keep everything in my head. Sometimes it doesn't work. |
