Great chapter. Hubby mentioned you updated last night. Glad she was able to get through to Percy. She syould have punched him or knocked him out temporary. Then Luc wouldn't be as suspicious.. Waiting for more. Hopefully before this weekend. P
Author's Response: Sorry, probably no update before the weekend as I am going out to hang out with my naked friends at a cabin in the middle of nowhere. But I will try to write as much as possible. And she couldn't knock out Percy; she's already done that! |

Dearest Meggory,
\You do update often! I like your cliffhangers and the way you lead the plot - because I have no idea what will happen next. And the scene with Percy was interesting. Percy is my second favourite Weasley and I simply adore reading about him. You couldn't possibly write a spin-off one shot about him? That could be most interesting.
I especially enjoyed how you wrote 'self-assured' Percy.
Greetings from Poland, Novinha
Author's Response: Thanks for the review! I like Percy too (because I was kind of like him at school), and I really wanted to show my readers that there was more to him than the "evil Death Eater Percy." He's still the same Percy, deep down; he's just made some bad choices. |

yay! it was a portkey! thats awesome! gosh, i'm so glad percy buckled under a bit in order to get hermione out. thank goodness. i guess she'll be in scotland soon, or whereever snape is right now...good! can't wait for another update. hey, i was wondering...i read the fic twenty four little hours, (dont know if you've read that) and the author responded to my review saying she's see my name around before. should i be creeped out by that? or impressed? or, impressed? i dunno. it was weird...
Author's Response: I've read some of it. Sometimes I just don't have the time to read. I wouldn't be creeped out; I would possibly be a little flattered. Unless she knows your birthdate and mother's maiden name. Then worry. ;D |

O what a nice surprise to see this update. Thanks for the towel. It does feel good to be dry again. I will be very interesting to see where she was wisked off to, as well as what will happen next. Well until next time .Bill
Author's Response: I worked really hard to get that chapter up, so I'm glad you liked it. |

I think this is a great story. The little language facts and the way you have portrayed Hermione's perspective really make it memorable, although Percy didn't seem particularly true to his character. Surely someone had tried to tell him about his parents deaths before then? He isn't completely nieve. And I think I've caught a typo. If 'Drunken Shakespeare' is meant to erase the map (ch 10) then why does she say that? Or had the Death eaters already 'revealed' the map? Anyway, I loved it! :-)
Author's Response: Oh! Hah! You caught me! You are absolutely right; she should have said Gregorovich's name. I'll change it ASAP. As for Percy, he thought Lestrange was telling the truth about his parents. He was so new to the Death Eater thing that he was willing to believe anything they said. He never knew what actually happened until Hermione told him; he now knows his parents essentially died to save him from the Death Eaters. |

Leftenant, eh? I did not know that. I love language tidbits... it's my tiny collection of language tidbits that helped me pass my college Latin course. *throws back head and laughs maniacally* Er, right. Anyway. Lovely chapter. I almost got teary-eyed reading about the Weasleys. And I will still shake my fist in your general direction for the cliffhanger... *shakes* They're entertaining, however, if it's all the same.
Author's Response: Mmm, Latin. Semper ubi sub ubi. Heh. I adored my Latin class. And I'm glad you find the evil cliffhangers entertaining. |
