Unbelievable.
You've crafted an absolutely superb story that is fast becoming one of my favourites in this fandom.
Simply brilliant work, Meggory.
Despite the dark society whose settings you've brought so vividly to life, You've taken canon (and not-so-canon) characters and made them sparkle in new dimensions. I'm fast beginning to think JKR herself will introduce Vasily and Vovo in book 7 =P
Brilliance, keep 'em coming please.

Author's Response: Thanks so much for the review! I am *really* working on the next chapter, I promise! The boy is going away for three weeks fairly soon, so I will definitely get back on the wagon. |

Dammit, everytime i chose to leave a new review in this thing it gives me a "page cannot be displayed" message FFS.......oh so NOW it works. Just goes to prove if something goes wrong just cuss at it :P
Author's Response: Heh. It took me an hour to upload this new chapter.
Reader's Response: WOW, perhaps i can finally let you know how i REALLY feel ;) I was viewing the other reviews and wanted you to know that I too re-read this fic in its entirety upon finding your update......and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!!! |

Wow, what an incredible read! Twenty-six chapters in a few hours, now I get to wait (fill in yet-to-be-determined time period) for the next installment! Fantastic suspense! Great pace! And a golem, too - very clever!
Thanks for making the time to do this. Life gets in the way, but it needs to be lived. Still, I am looking forward to the next chapter.
Author's Response: You sat down and read the entire thing? Wow, you're good! I'm glad you like it, and I stole the golem idea while watching "The Calusari" episode of the X-Files. |

Glad to see you back! And glad to see Vasiliy alive. Phew, that's a relief! They just need to hurry out fast and find Vovo. That Ginny is a real mystery, and I wonder how much she can be trusted by anyone on either side. I'm not laying odds on Percy's survival, with "Captain Weasley" name-dropped like that. Scary! Thanks for the new chapter. (PS - how was Europe? Did you get into the Master's program you wanted?)
Author's Response: Europe was fantastic and exciting! I made some awesome international-type friends and saw some neat things and drank some German beer in Germany. I haven't heard from the Master's program yet, but I should pretty soon. |

This is a great story. I am happy to see it updated. The situation seems desperate (as it should). I can't imagine what it will take to turn the tide. Not that you must turn the tide, mind you, but somehow I think you will. Eventually.
Author's Response: Ah, those optimistics who are hoping for a cheery ending... Keep hoping; it might just happen... |
