| This was a truly beautifully crafted story that managed to tug at the heartstrings as our favorite characters experienced the lows that fate tossed their way and then allowing us to laugh along and rejoice with our starring couple and their friends as they they reached the highs that fate/happiness had gifted them with.
You have really managed to take a familiar plotline (our couple getting together courtesy of Neville's inadequacies at potions) and spin it into a unique and highly satisfying story.

| This story is absolutely one of the most beautiful ones I've ever read - and as I've likely read tens of thousands of stories in one form or another, I'd say that was rather high praise, indeed. I truly wish I had the means to support you in the lifestyle to which you'd like to become accustomed (as you joked in the author notes of this story) just so you'd have the time to bring more beauty into the world. | oh my. angst, sadness, humor, love. What a wonderful trip this story has been. I started reading last night and, reluctantly, left the story at the Minotaur cliff hanger for sleep. Needless to say, this morning I picked up where I left off.
Poor Bob. I was hoping against hope that amongst that small herd of unicorns would be offspring of his. Oh well. Sniffle. (wipes a teary eye)
What a neat story! Thank you! I suspect I'm going to come back for a second read so I can it more slowly instead of my usual faster pace of reading when I am sucked into a story... Author's Response: I know what you mean about that fast pace when you find a story engaging! I do the same thing! Then I usually read it again to see what I missed. What a lovely review! It's so nice to get a review after a fic is completed, lets a writer know that folks are still enjoying it. I really created a plot monster with poor Bob, I can't tell you how many folks wanted him to come back in some way. To be honest, after writing that last bit in the epilogue, I don't think I have the heart to re-visit Bob in any form. The herd of non-Bob unicorns was the closest I could get to it.
