| I feel bad for Hermione, it's like she has no sense of direction. Now that the war is over, she has no Harry and Ron to keep in line. She doesn't have her parents support to fall back on. She doesn't have the apprenticeship she always counted on. She's just lost. Pour soul. |

| I liked the beginning. I think I may have started reading this when it was still a WIP but lost track of it. Glad to find it again. Looking forward to reading it from start to finish. |

| I am really impressed with this story. Your articulate without being technically boring. The story line is great, but I think you are going to spring something on us because Snape volunteered to be a test subject. Upon further reflection I can see him doing it. He has a vested interest in the outcome of the project. He might even be working on something similar and sees volunteering as a way to use Hermione as someone to do all the tedious tasks. I can't wait to see. |

| I had to force myself to resist reading the whole thing in one go, and it's a mark of what a wonderful story it is that I enjoyed dwelling on your scenarios, characters and descriptions in between reads! Thank you so much for such a beautiful tale, I really love your Severus for being so in character, and Hermione for being a real girl with eighteen year old insecurities and the struggle to find herself. Oh, and I really liked the development of true friendship between her and Ginny and their determination to build their own lives alongide each other. As for the ending... I liked it!! It left me with a little wistful, squeaky sigh :) Amazing stuff. |

| I really enjoyed this, Hermione's character and development (i thought) were spot on. And I loved how subtely and slowly their relationship developed. |

| I enjoyed this story a lot! Although Hermione's personal development and her relationship with Snape were beautifully written, what I liked best was your focus on and portrayal of the girl friendships. They were what made your story so credible.
I have to say I longed to see at least one kiss between Snape and Hermione - but maybe it fits the story better this way: we'll have to play the rest out in our own fantasy, just like Hermione used to - and leave the "real" version to the two of them alone. ;-) |
