| Great work on this chapter. I think you're doing a great job of capturing how Hermione's tender heart would react to the truth about what Snape's endured. I also really like how compassionate, yet realistic, you've made Ginny. Looking forward to the next bit when it's ready. |

| Oh my god, I finished crying after chapter five and this one started me up again. The way you portray Snape is so heartbreaking :'(, but true.
I'm totally hooked on this story and I'll be anxiously awaiting your next chapter!

| thanks for updating and what a wonderful chapter!! my heart went out to hermione, how horrible to read about all the pain snape has suffered throughout the years, it was good that instead of feeling helpless she seemed even more determine to help him. you really are painting a beautiful story, i cannot wait to read on and find out how she interacts with snape after finding out all that she has about him, and to see how their eventual (verry eventual, i dont imagine snape will just fling himself at her) unfolds :) eagerly awaiting your next chapter! |

your story is so unique, ive never read anything like it, i love the way you continue from DH (without the epilogue, of course) and make it entirely plausible. i love your hermione, flaws and all, she feels so true and real. i love your snape, and feel very heartbreakingly sorry for him, again you've depicted him so well.
i cannot wait to read the rest, i am completely and utterly hooked, please update soon! :) |

| I'm grateful to MiaMadwyn for her recommendation of this story. While the summary didn't catch my attention or the first few paragraphs, you had me hooked by the end of the first chapter. And this chapter brought tears to my eyes. You did a great job juxtapositioning Hermione's talk with Ginny about Severus' masculine vitality and broad shoulders the summer before fifth year, with what Nagini's venom has reduced him to at this point in time. I eagerly await new chapters. |
