| Awesome, awesome, awesome story. This is taking a deliberately slow approach to a meeting of the minds. Snape is so emotionally and physically dysfunctional that she will have to pick away at the layers of abuse and degradation to get to the promise of success. I love the dialogue. Hermione is practical and steadfast. Snape is cautious and distrustful. I see a long road ahead. |

| That was a wonderful chapter! Loved the bit of smuttiness in the beginning.. even though it wasn't real. Great to see the evolution in their relationship. Hopefully his parting comment will quell some of Hermione's need for validation from him. Can't wait to real more! |

| Well done chapter. I think Hermione's sexual coming of age coupled with her overwhelming desire for a man who cannot possibly fulfil those desires cranks up the angst and UST to such a degree that I fear she will explode from her frustration. Poor girl. Too bad we can't get Snape's perpective on what's happening, though I guess the story is purposely being written from Hermione's viewpoint for that very reason. I'm so glad I'm not a teenager! How positively frustrating! |
