| I really like this story so far I feel you have such an excellent grasp on the characters and how they would interact in this situation and your writing is beautiful. Everything flows together nicely and makes sense. I'm very excited for the next chapter I keep terracing this story it's very good and it is an original idea. Which is very refreshing there's not alot of stories that have used this theme and if they do I haven't enjoyed the writing quite as much as this one. | Thinking of changing my name to "NIT" as in "nit-picking"...In my best Hermoine imitation, you mention in your opening dialog that this story has 11 chapters and is actually complete!! AAAGGGH! What! What! More please..five chapters is way too slow! Love the story..love your handling of any of the characters. Just want more! This is all your fault! Dump it all..right in this plate. | This sentence: "His first impression Hogwarts was that it looked like a sandcastle that a child had kicked over in a fit of temper." Shouldn't there be an "of" in between impression and Hogwarts? It doesn't scan right to me without it.
*snort* I love this sentence: “Because the moment that you sense any injustice in the world, you seize onto it like a bulldog and refuse to let go. Sooner or later, you will have to look beyond the trouserleg in your mouth.” I can see Hermione as a bulldog with her causes. *snerk*

| The idea of canning the house system was hard to agree with, especially after Snape's memories were injected into the picture. Love the proposed compromise. The kiss at the end was great. | I always thought it dreadfully unfair that Gryffindors and Ravenclaws had Towers, while Hufflepuffs lived in the basement and Slytherins even deeper below the surface of the earth, in the dungeons. Even the name is prejudicial - dungeons. That makes them dungeon dwellers, like pallid mushroom growths. :-( Author's Response: I agree--the treatment of the different houses was horribly unequal. I'm not a Slytherin apologist, but I think it's clear that there was systematic discrimination against them. | |||
