| Really good story start! Snape is as snarky as he should be (and I love his lack of knowledge of women). I thought it really funny his trying her door and being miffed that she locked it! | I enjoyed this chapter: we learn so much about these characters. Their dialogue is witty and I found myself laughing outright more than once. I appreciate the use of sensory details, in this chapter in particular: bergamot, the ring around Snape's desk where he paced, the colors of the wall, I love this line: "Blue seemed to be what was left to him, and he felt perversely angry about it, that he should have come so late that even the colors he chose would be leftovers." | This story is awesome. I LOVE the interactions between severus and draco in this chapter. It is totally believable while also being completely original. The idea of harry and draco fighting at night is perfect. I really am amazed by how the plot is developing. Your severus is being shown to us so beautifully, we are really getting to know a whole person--not a bunch of fanon cliches rehashed. I cannot wait to see where this goes. More please!!!
