| Holy Crap! Amazing. I'm so glad you updated, I was starting to think that this story was done for. Great chapter. I really love Snape's character in this. He's perfect. Hermione is great too and the tension that you are creating between the two of them is killing me. Keep up the great work and I hope you update soon! | So many WIP have disappointing updates; you wait for a month and then the chapter isn't really exciting, doesn't draw you back into the story; you're almost annoyed at having to remember everything that happened previously in the fic because you're not rewarded for the effort. Your updates are always exciting, and they draw you right back into the story. That's an amazing skill to have as a fanfic writer, so thank you for another fantastic chapter. Author's Response: Ha! I feel horribly guilty for keeping people waiting, especially as I have a tendancy to end on cliffhangers, so it's really motivating to hear you say that the updates are worth the wait. I'm glad they draw you back into the story. It's funny, because whenever I'm feeling apathetic about writing this story, I just start typing and then I get really excited again. excellent use of H:AH; i really expected herminone to be found out as soon as the book was mentioned...and then snape runs off and i breathe a sigh of relief. but no! i am too early.

| I read through the whole story and I love it so far!
It's great that you like to write banter, because I adore to read it, when it is so well written as you do!
I hope she will try to change the past, I know that's nothing you should do, but there are so many things in canon I feel uncomfortable with, I would love a change :)
Author's Response: That's great that you're enjoying the story! I'm particularly glad you like the banter, since yeah, that's my favorite part to write. It helps alleviate the angst. :) As for Hermione changing the past... I don't want to say too much, but I can tell you a little. I doubt she will actively TRY to change the past. This trip wasn't in her plans, and I think she remembers enough about the dangers of time travel to at least make an attempt at not screwing with things too much. However, it's impossible that her presence won't have an effect. And as the allusions to Back to the Future suggest (I hope), she just might return to the future to find things worked out a little differently than she remembered... And that's way too much information there, but since it has been foreshadowed, I don't feel too guilty revealing it. Thanks so much, and I hope you keep enjoying it! | |||
