| Ah, that was sweet, and funny, and quite sexy in its undertones. Makes you think how different Snape's life could have been if Lily had been more forgiving. But then we wouldn't have had the books, or stories like this. You really do have a nice touch. Author's Response: What wonderful compliments! Thank you! I hadn't thought about how Snape may have turned out if Lily had forgiven him. It's interesting, I think, because the Lily we glimpse in canon is similar to Hermione in that she defends those who can't/won't/don't defend themselves. But her moral code is a lot less bendable than Hermione's. I mean, we all know Hermione will throw a flock of birds at you if she's angry, Confund someone if necessary, Obliviate her parents and ship them off to Australia... I don't think Lily would have done any of that, and I think that's what makes Hermione able to forgive much easier. She has a moral code, yes, but sometimes she does things - dare I say it - for the greater good. Anyway, I'm very glad you're enjoying the story. Thanks again! | |||

| I just found this story a couple of days ago. It is fantastic! I'm enjoying that you have written in other characters from the past that we don't know that much about. | Ooh, intense chapter. Poor Regulus. I really, really like your portrayal of him. I am glad that Hermione is seeking reconcilliation with Severus. Very enjoyable writing. | I am so glad to see that you have updatet. I lived it. And I love the characters as well. They are so well ridden, as if written by JKR herself. Absoulutly lovely. I hope you will update soon and never give up on this story, it is such a great story. Thank you for writing and sharing. I hope you will update as soon as you possibly can. | OMG. This must be one of the best snape/hermione fanfics I've ever read! Usually I don't read uncompleted fics... but after reading yours... I'm totally blown away! I've always detested how some authors neglect the proper storyline based on using a time turner. Your version totally fits what would happen in the future! Like how snape couldn't finish listening to the rest of the prophecy and all. Awesome stuff... Please update soon! I'm depressed just waiting for more to comeeee!! Author's Response: Thank you! I'm really glad you're enjoying it (and giving it a chance even though it's a WIP). It's kind of funny that you mention how the future can't be ignored just because we're journeying into the past. For starters, I wrote this fic primarily because I wanted to explore this particular time frame, because I believed a lot *could* have happened during it. But now I'm reaching the point where things we know from the future have to come up... and I'm incredibly sad to have to write them. (I'm also looking forward to it in that sadistic author way, but that's neither here nor there. Ha!) Anyway, there are several more events coming that will explain future occurrences and things we know from canon, so I hope you enjoy them! Thanks for stopping by to read and review! | |||

| Too bad Sirius can't be killed now; I hate the bloody bastard. Hope Severus and Hermione make up and have nice shag (and again and again). If I was her I'd say screw the rules and stay in that reality with Severus for ever ;) Author's Response: You're making me giggle! If you didn't like Sirius before, you most certainly won't like him after his next appearance. (Ignore that blatant reference to future chapters. I'm being a Bad Author.) As for the other bit, I would sometimes love to turn off the Plot Button in this story and make her stay there and have lots of sex with him. Alas... Thanks for commenting! | |||

| Just found this... it's really great.
I've always been a fan of the time-turner premise, but I've usually wound up disapointed with the relationships that develop between Hermione and Severus.
But this... this is truly great. I anxiously await more. Author's Response: Welcome! And thank you! It's been a lot of fun getting the chance to play with these two characters when they're on more even footing and both in that cusp of adulthood, which I think plays a key role in their perceptions and interactions. It's usually much harder for me to find that in TT fics, because most go back to school-age Snape, who is a much different sort of beast. I'm glad you're enjoying their relationship. Thanks! | |||
