| First, it's so great to see another story in progress by you. Second, I'm really enjoying the setup of this situation, with Hermione at such a tricky crossroads in her life. Obviously she really needs to work on this book, and interview embittered former spies and things like that. Looking forward to it ;) |

| Oh, that's so sad - not as tragic as Ron & Hermione's "divorce" in "Into the North," but more pitiful because it's so pathetically realistic. And Hermione's questions - was she not good enough? Loving enough? What had she done wrong? - really struck a chord with me. I wanted to yell, "It wasn't you! It was him!" Because I too have felt the same feelings of guilt over another person's failure. Human? Yes. Logical? No.
Once again, your fic's dragged me in! I tried to resist ... but ... I couldn't!
Now. On to the next chapter. |

| Wow! I really like the line you are taking with this story. I wasn't sure which direction you were heading in the first chapter and thought it might be a little on the traditional side. No way! Can't wait to read the next chapter. |
