I think people in the future (Sev, Sirius etc...) must have known all along who she was. I mean scientists say time is not a line so much as a loop. So I liked it a lot when Sev said "why do you ask so many questions?" and Hemione recognized THAT must be the reason why he said that hatefully to her as professor Snape, in her own timeline. It's all very confusing, but it makes sense. At least, I hope thats where you're going with this. Very clever. Author's Response: I have always been facinated with the implications of time travel. I love 'The Time Machine' by H.G. Wells and 'Outlander' by Diana Gabledon. I'm glad that the convfusion makes sense to you. I think it will make perfect sense when all is said and done. I'm so very glad you are enjoying my story. I have worked very hard to make everything flow together and give everything a meaning. It is actually very hard to give even the smallest thing a meaning. | I am really enjoying your story--young love, heartache, frustration, tension--and of course, more trouble to come for our couple. I was a bit disappointed with Hermione kissing Black in this chapter though. I thought she would have more sense and control, even if she was having a bad day. Anyway, please keep writing as I can't wait to read more!
Author's Response: Fear not, Hermione's actions will be explained. One must also remember that she is only eighteen and in very, very difficult circumstances. I think a few mistakes along the way are to be expected. She tends to wear her heart on her sleeve. I'm glad you are enjoying this story! | Jenny, I must say, you mademoiselle, are a big tease. You have all these chapters ready to go but are only posting 1 at a time, first ashwinder then aff. Mean! I wanna read more! Quit making me wait! ;) Elizabeth Author's Response: Well, in my defense, I only have up to chapter twelve and part of thirteen done right now. And they are unbeta'd. Chapters nine and ten are with the outstanding Phoenix now. I expect this version to be around 30 chapters, give or take a few. So... I'm not that big a tease! LOL I'm so glad you are enjoying this story. I promise I will update soon. I have so many people begging that I may post it a bit earlier than the end of the week. | This fic has certainly grabbed my imagination. The deception being practiced by Hermione must be having huge impact on her psyche as well as her physical health. Would I be right in my assumption that so far our delightful dungeon dwellers have failed to take suitable *ahem* prophylacic precautions shall we say? Could the mood swings have other causes?
