| I confess that I had forgotten about this story and now that you're back - wow! I've reread the first two chapters and then read the third - they made me reach for the kleenex, made me smile, made me think and definitely made me hope for more. I like the surprisingly gentle side of Severus and I find the saddened, guilty Minerva quite appealing as well. If Severus was her student there must be history betwen them than simple collegiality. I look forward to more of Hermione's thoughts and to the application of Bill Weasley's curse breaking abilities. It will be interesting to see how Hermione and Severus interact after he is (hopefully) successful. If it takes this much time for you to craft such moving chapters don't feel guilty - just go for it at your own pace. I'll be back to read more whenever it's ready. Author's Response: Thanks for this lovely review! I'm not sure how much is between Severus and Minerva. They trust each other, for sure, but I believe Severus is too guarded for true intimacy (even that of friendship). The story is as much about him finding that within as it is about Hermione's recovery and their eventual romance. Or at least I hope it is...Annie | |||

| Finally a new chapter!
Usually I only read stories that are already finished but when I read the first chapter of yours I was so curious about the continuation that I read every chapter as it comes.
But since after chapter 2 there was such a long time I thought you had given up on that story. So I am very happy to see another chapter (and your promise for more and faster updates ;-) ).
Do you have a concept? I hope Hermione will wake up some time and I hope they will have a happy ending. I just love happy endings!
