I believe I've read this before. It is very enjoyable. The way you spin the battlewith them. YOU NEED TO WRITE A SEQUEL!!!! I could be Harry that caught them. it could be someone in the Malfoy family...

Author's Response: It could be anyone. That's why I stopped there. It wasn't just to torture the readers, I promise. Glad you enjoyed the fight. Thanks so much for reading. Lol.

I just got through with a nice, long review and then my computer ate it. Who knows maybe you will get two reviews from me. All that tusseling around was rather fun. Thanks for the good images. I think you know that I love the idea of Severus and Hermione together. I especially like the idea of them paired up against whoever it as the door. Then again I would like to imagine that nobody is actually at the door and after realizing they were hearing things, the couple fell back to the floor. I am in full agreement whith your theory on why Severus killed Dumbledore. I fear, like Hermione does, that the truth won't be found out until it is too late. Maybe if she is on his side they have a fighting chance though? You are on to something with the girl's handwriting possibly being Lilly's. I have always thought there was a connection between the two of them. Great story - thanks.

Author's Response: So annoying when the computer does that! I loved the idea of Sev and Hermione having a physical fight, and Hermione resorting to typical female retaliation. Whatever the reason Sev killed Albus (if, indeed he did - I'm remembering the phoenix rising from the tomb), I hope it's a good one - I mean 'good' as in 'on our side'. There is definitely something going on with Hermione thinking the HBP handwriting looks like a girl's. Hermione's observations are always important. Thanks so much for your review. Lol, Severusgirlx.

that was really great. I love how you made hermione herself, all studied and smart, and strong too. and I think it was great how it leaves off and they're suddenly like, partners in crime. ^_^ what is it about this 'ship that is so damn appealling??

Author's Response: Partners in crime - yes, that's a fantastic description of how I wanted them to appear at the end. I wish I'd thought of it! I don't know why this ship is so appealling, but it is. I can't read Hermione in any other ship now. She belongs to Severus, not Ron! Thanks for r+r, Lol.

Hey! I liked how the whole story conincided sooo well with the actual books.. they were nearly perfectly synchronized together!! I really liked reading this short story, but I have to say I would have liked it better if you finished it for us! Oh well, lol...^_^ good writing to ya!

Author's Response: I don't know about you but since I discovered this ship, I take special notice of any exchanges between HG and SS in the real books, so his 'correct in essentials' jibe had to be used. Afraid I'm not going to be tying this story up with a bow - it's left to your imagination. *Slytherin laugh*. Lol.

I've read this story a couple times, and every time I do it seems more plausable. I'm pulling for Snape being good in the end, so we'll see, but I thought this was a very interesting and insightful take about what happened the night of the lightning struck tower and what made it happen that way.

Author's Response: see below!

Author's Response: Thank you (twice, because your review came up twice!). I think whatever Snape's fate is, it's such an important part of the plot that JKR is not able to change it, however popular Snape became on the journey through the books - something she couldn't possibly have foreseen when she began writing the story. I think there is a possibility she's added a few things to please her fans (Lupin & Tonks for instance, just might have been the result of fans' opinions), but whether Snape is good or bad, or whether he lives or dies, can't be changed. Like you, I have my fingers crossed. I really, really, want to KNOW - but then again, if it's bad, perhaps I don't! Thank you so much for reading + reviewing. Here's to our favourite Potions master leading a long and happy life after book seven. Lol.

Liked your theory a lot!! It made me think about the whole horcrux-stuff again! Snape is innocent! Yeah!

Author's Response: I had to comfort myself somehow after HBP, and writing this story helped! I don't care if I'm close to the truth or not, just so long as our Sev is a good guy. Thanks very much for your review.

I really like this story alot. Can you please write some more chapters?

Author's Response: So pleased you enjoyed the story. Sorry, but I have no plans to continue. Thanks for taking the time to read and review. Lol, Severusgirlx
