| Love it - as far as I read. I had to quit reading when Lily's name entered the scene. Seems we think alike and I don't want to influence my storyline. | i really enjoyed it.... i dont like to think of James like the way you have portrayed him... but it was a very interesting view of things.... which could be belived Author's Response: It would surprise me if James turns out to be evil, but you have to admit, from the Pensive scene he DID behave quite badly, and it seemed he and Sirius were always in trouble. | Here's an amendment to my first review, added after reading some of the others... My vote is: do NOT write a sequel. Not because it isn't good enough, because it certainly IS good enough. But because I think what you've written stands beautifully on its own as a tiny little slice of one possible future. A future that JKR will never write, of course, but an extremely plausible future nevertheless. It's a perfectly wrought miniature... and that's okay. Author's Response: Thanks. Wouldn't it be a shock if JKR DID write a connection between Hermione and Snape? Not romantically, of course, but if they ended up working together, or something.
