Reviews for A Knock On The Door

I really think it is wrong in PWP. The story is wonderful, thank you for your brilliant idea with the Horcrux. But I agree with some of the other reviews: You are evil. I had liked the story so much to go on! Either way - it is great!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for your review. I promise if I write another story it won't be a cliffe. For now, sorry, I don't have any idea how to continue without getting deeper into the plot and dealing with lots of other characters. Lol.

Ooooooh you're so mean for leaving it there... But this story was very realistic! I was surprised at how easily I was convinced that it might be true! Great job...! ShadowHand P.S I think you should continue this story. If you like a challange............and happy endings but that's a different story!

Author's Response: I convinced you it was true? Wow, that's a compliment indeed. Thanks so much. And Slytherins love leaving a cliffhanger ending. Sorry. Hehehe. Lol.

I thought I was bad, but you're evil. You actually let my imagination fill in a blank? Hello. That was a bad idea. My imagination is psychotic. Weee! Well done though. Excellent theory.

Author's Response: So it's evil Jack Nicholson at the door, is it? 'Heeerrrrs Jonnie!'. Lol. Thanks for reviewing.

Wow! I so agree with your theory on Snape and Lilly. I knew he was in love with her, but I never thought of the 'love potion' part.... Once I finished reading Half Blood Prince, I contemplated tabout the poison Dumbledore drank being a Horcrux. Snape would never kill Dumbledore without his consent, even thoug he was a part of the unbrakeable vow that said he had to kill him, so I that backed me up on my beliefs about the potioin-Horcrux. But we now know that R.A.B. had been there before and retrieved the locket, and he mentioned that he was most likely to be dead by the time Voldemort found the locket again. Wouldn't you think that if the poison was a Horcrux, and since R.A.B. consumed the potion to get to the locket, it would have been destroyed when R.A.B. died? And that goes to the argument of who R.A.B. is... if it truly is Regulgus Black, why would Voldemort want to kill him if he knew he would be destroying a part of his Horcrux?.... tell me what you think! Your story was very well written and the cliff-hanger ending left me wanting to read more!

Author's Response: Firstly, thanks for your review. I'm pleased you liked it. You have a very valid point. I haven't got a well-thought out answer to how RAB would have got the locket without drinking the Horcrux, apart from thinking that RAB was the second murder in the cave. If somehow Voldie didn't realise the locket in the bowl was a fake, killed RAB and put the resulting part-soul in the liquid, then RAB wouldn't have had to drink the soul-potion to get to the locket. The real locket having been whisked away by RAB's accomplice. Wild theories, I know, but I still feel quite strongly that Dumbledore drank the soul - however it happened to be there.

I like your theory about HBP , though you're cruel, you know that ? Are you sure there will be no sequel ?

Author's Response: I couldn't say 100% there will be no sequel, but none is planned at the moment. I'm playing around with a different idea - we'll see how that goes. And yes, I know it was cruel, but I'm a Slytherin, and that's how we Slytherins behave. lol.

I like your take on HBP. It's definately interesting! And It was quite cruel to end the story there!

Author's Response: We Snape fans have to consol ourselves somehow, and find reasons why Sev is still on the right side. And, yes, I know I was cruel. I totally accept that. I'm more like Snape than I thought! Lol.

Not sure about all the evil James stuff but the horcrux idea with the potion was very interesting and well written. Please write a sequel...?!

Author's Response: Well, to me, James DOES seem a bit of a dodgy character. Lily accusing him of 'hexing people just because you know you can', and even Harry was shocked at their treatment of Sev after the DADA OWLs. It seems to me that James and Sirius were the antagonists, with Sev just retaliating. Any way, thanks for reviewing. I was interested to know what people thought of my theory. Lol.

Ack! Wonderful, although I am sure that there are going to be many clamoring for another chapter, or two, or even 50! I guess I could live with this if I have to, but I am SOOOOOO tempted to add my voice to the cacophony that is sure to be heard! Brilliant story!

Author's Response: Thank you (love your name, btw). No sequel planned, unless the muse takes me one day. lol.
