Reviews for A Knock On The Door

Maybe I just don't read enough theories, but this is the first time I've ever heard the "potion as Horcrux" theory and I really like it. Great idea and a well written story to boot!

Author's Response: I hope the theory is correct. It would get Snape off a lot of hooks! Thank you for a lovely review. Lol.

Gah! -Cries- It was lovely, I wish you would write a sequel!

Author's Response: Well, who knows what the official book seven will bring. (I know what I want it to bring - and my priority is NOT Harry pulverising Voldi, it's Snape being a hero and alive!). Hehehe. Thanks for R+R. Glad you enjoyed. Lol.

wow. that was a powerful little piece, wasn't it? nice job on capturing his desperation and her wit. it takes a good writer to bring out the real hermione and the real severus and i thin that you've done it admirably

Author's Response: 'Powerful'? Well, I truly am flattered. Any power in my writing is quite by accident, I assure you. Having said that, I DO aspire to getting Snape right, so your praise there is very much appreciated. Thank you. And thank you for reviewing so many of my stories. Lol.

Those are some very interesting theories about Lily and James, and oh man, they'd be fifteen ways from screwed up, but boy can I ever see it. >_< I often think that the Pensieve memory was "Snape's Worst" because he effectively *drove* Lily ot James.

Author's Response: I've often wondered why that memory was Snape's worst - I mean, he's been a DE for goodness sakes. Surely he has worse memories. I guess the bullying went deep - and perhaps James DID remove Snape's underwear. Still, only a year or so to go and we'll have our answers. Thanks so much for reading and reviewing. Lol.

I like the idea, it's frustrating not knowing who's behind the door though but good 'cause then I get to imagine.

Author's Response: Friend or foe, it's up to you. Thanks for r+r. Lol.

You should write a follow-up

Author's Response: I decided to leave it to the reader's imagination. Lol. Thanks for reviewing.

Gee, that was great. And the ending was just right. Finishing with the line that started and all. It just fit. Though I have to admit, a tiny part of my brain one could call emotional, would like to read some sort of a highly romantic sequel. Preferably with lots of citrusy bumps to overcome until they finally get each other. But even without a sequel it was a really good piece of work. Patrick

Author's Response: I kind of pictured a sort of swashbuckling Pirates of the Carribean moment when he put a protective arm around her at the end, so that's as romantic as the story gets, and there's no sequel. I hope the piece stands on its own, as planned. Thanks so much for your comments and for reading. Lol.

Ahhh.... I bet it's Harry!

Author's Response: I wonder what would happen then? Hehehe. Thanks for reading + reviewing. Lol.
