| Great chapter. Please put up the next as soon as possible. I am enjoying this re-posting as much as I did the original version. | OKAY, I'M BEGGING!!!
I've never meant in my comments to suggest you alter the story, but rather, trying to predict what will happen next to see if I'm right or just how far off base I am. Sorry if it ever seemed that way.
I am so glad Snape ditched Cordelia for the night, haha! And the cauldron was a particularly nice touch. Good to see Snape falter and find himself out of his league for a change when having to try to make amends with Hermione. He's lucky he didn't have a Lily-repeat. But I MUST know what happens next! That is SO not nice to leave us hanging like that! Author's Response: LOL. No, I wasn't talking about you at all, HR! There are a few readers on fanfic.net who keep sending PMs saying 'OMG - will you PLEASE make him do x, y or z???' They seem to have skipped my notes and not realise that this story was already written! And yes, I am VERY mean for leaving you with that cliffhanger. | Fantastic chapter. I'd forgotten the intricacies of this one, but I love the progression they make, Hermione's bravery in approaching him, and Snape's eventual softening and opening up to her about it. | |||
