| Since I've read the story before I was already aware of the coming adultery and I'm having the same feelings about it now as I recall having before... surprisingly okay with it, but only under these extremely fictional / magical circumstances. If Hermione's marriage hadn't been forced prematurely and had the added torture of the burning ring, and if Severus' marriage wasn't just for show, then I'm sure my feelings would be different. I somewhat wish they hadn't gotten so carried away in the lab... but still, that was HOT. lol. I really felt bad for Severus though, when he thought she'd rejected him :'( If they're able to recover from that much hurt and misunderstanding then these two are definitely meant for each other. Really enjoying reading this story again, thanks so much for reposting! Oh and I don't believe I caught Ring of Fire last time so I'll definitely be looking into that should you choose to post it :D | |||

| Yep, I'm still loving it! My only disappointment was that Hermione is sending Theo the Murtlap...was hoping a little more Snape had rubbed off onto her! ;)
Looking forward to that oneshot and seeing what insights it might shed on that side of the story...so glad to see this up first thing this morning! :D

| Thank You for this wonderful chapter! They have such a complicated situation; Severus' observation of their extenuating circumstances is so true. Yet, seems to me, they could marry after they divorced - it is their spouses who would need to figure out what to do - and, as Severus' wife has a lover, who lives in Scotland - would they be able to sell & re-locate elsewhere? It seems to me that Theo is already out of the country anyway... I would so like to see Hermione & Severus happy, and don't really care about the other two, as they don't seem to have really considered their spouses all this time.
In any case, I am looking forward to Theo's ring burning him - turning the tables still is only giving him a small taste of what he has given Hermione, if you consider it's been months for her and only a week for him - she is far too kind!
I'm sure all this work is paying off in your skill - I hope you won't forget the ship when you publish, and still leave your work for us to enjoy! In any case, Do remember, JKR herself was turned away & told to keep her day job - wouldn't want to be that sad publisher, that's for sure! | Wonder chapter as always! I hope you keep trying to find a publisher! Your writing is wondering and I know someone very smart to recognizes talent will pick you up soon!
