| Now this is more like it. Previous chapter didn't quite make sense to me, but now all pieces evened out and story goes smoothly further. And what a great interaction between them renegotiating the terms of agreement! Your Snape is so well ... Snape, I cannot get enough of that. And as someone mentioned before, Hermione is realistic too, not too mature but still more clever than the rest of her age.
Also loved loved loved the scene with his hand holding hers... so warm and intense. And not too fluffy. I hate too fluffy :) next chapter, please? |

| thanks for the new chapter...
What i especially like is that the interaction between snape and hermione is plausible, sometimes the pair suddenly starts exchanging life secrets and that spoils a perfectly good story, here they are behaving in character..

| One of the many things I enjoy about this story is how you have characterized Hermione. She is age-appropriate, and still the bossy, hand-waving Know It All. Too many authors write her as seventeen-going-on-thirty, impossibly mature, and incredibly gifted. Even as a Mage, she is still a teenage girl and recognizably Hermione. And her reaction to having her hand held by Snape was charming. |
