So he knows the truth, but is covering up--good for him! Clever of Hermione to have broken her wand; now whatever magic she performs will not be traced to her! I like the way you've entwined DH canon with your own plotline. Looking forward to the next. Thank you for all your work.

| I like your writing a lot better than whatever song lyrics and poetry you quote. They dilute the power of what you write by being distracting. You write this strongly passionate scene, and while I'm figuratively standing there watching Severus and Hermione's parting, in the grip of their painful parting, some guy taps me on my shoulder, babbling about the power of love. I'd rather remain quietly standing there, gripped in the power of your writing itself, nobody else's. Author's Response: Well, never let it be said that Teddy R was inflexible. I read your review and went back and read the chapter, REALLY read it, and you know, you are right. It is distracting. I have taken it out, all of it. Please give it another read and I would appreciate your thoughts on the change. Thank you for taking the time to give me an honest and thoughtful review, which has given me pause for thought. | Well, good two chapters. I liked that you didn´t rewrite all DH but jump to the ending. I´m still not really sure if I like the baby thing... Either way, you have a good story going here!!

As far as the baby: Well, I just thought Severus, in loving Hermione as he did (in my little world) would want to give her the only thing he could give her, should the worst happen. I always thought it was sad that a wizard of Snape's power left behind no progeny in JKR's world. It's sort of fun, being your own little god! | |||

| I think taking the time to rewrite the chapter is fine. Like i said i enjoyed what you've written so far and I hate to see a story idea go to waste.
