| Love the story overall, but I have to say I'm not sure how in keeping with Hermione's character it would be to completely shut out Harry for all those years.
Still, very well written; an enjoyable read with believable characterizations and motives. Author's Response: Well, I just felt that, if you love someone, you make sacrifices. And, really, we don't know what Headmaster Black told Hermione he would say to the world about their disappearance, so, for all we know, he told her he'd send Harry to her when the time was right. Perhaps she thought Harry was the one who didn't want contact ;) | |||

| You have such a great turn with words. There were some phrases from the first few chapters that left me nearly speechless, while this last chapter had me in near tears. While I felt the brief glance into the "setup" of their relationship seemed a little forced/out of place, it certainly didn't detract from this story. I think my only qualm was believing that Snape and Hermione would produce two star Quidditch players! Great story! Author's Response: I understand what you mean by being 'rushed', but I just didn't want to get bogged down in the angst of it. I tend to think of Snape and Hermione are so much alike that I'm surprised that it took them THAT long to get together! I also remember that Snape played Quidditch as well (well, he refereed so I assume he played) and he had the physique for it, so I wanted her sons to be dashing and charismatic like their dad! | |||

| That was really lovely and so redemptive in the end. A much more fitting conclusion for our hero than the ignoble one he was given. And Hermione still has her "boys"...lots of them. Good to see a mature Harry too. Wish I was in Australia this week. I think I'm snowed in again for at least another seven days. Thank you again and I look forward to more of your work. Best wishes, Love Ali xxxxx. Author's Response: Yes, the Aussies have lots of rain, from what my Australian sister-in-law was saying! I'm really glad you enjoyed the fic. I never liked JKR Epilogue and I just one day thought 'I'd like to do a better ending than this", so I did. And I did think Hermione would be perfectly happy surrounded by her 'baby Snapes' if they were all boys, and I wanted the last one to be a bit more gentle and delicate than the other two, so Snape would another 'Hermione' to cuddle!
