I also appreciate the fact that you are posting both points of view at the same time, so that I don't have to go back to re-read the previous chapter to keep it fresher. (Of course with the quality of the writing I am seeing here, that would be no hardship...) Finally, if you do hear of any place making or importing chocolate flake ice cream, please post it here! Author's Response: Thanks! I'm really glad that you are enjoying the format of the story and the use of alternating POVs. The structure is somewhat experimental, so it's good to know it's working for some. Thanks as well for the comment on my writing! The ice cream was inspired by Soy Delicious Purely Decadent Chocolate Obsession (I'm dairy intolerant). It's definitely available at big health food stores in the States and may have made it to the UK. It's chocolate with chocolate sauce and flake mixed in! | |||

| 11-03-2007 18:54 Rated 10 Well Sweetie, I don't remember any goth nights but then I was a Kate Bush, Genesis, Pink Floyd, Supertramp sorta girl. But you have captured everything else perfectly. Sainsburys, Brocc and stilton soup...and what is this brilliant Flake ice-cream? Must look for that. I was at Tintagel last October and I have to say it is quite a magical place. Very atmospheric. And steep! Our labrador, Harley, refused to climb down the steps. Perhaps we should have Apparated him down. Oh yes you have done well...all the above and pillocks too. While the soup and pasta were ones I ate regularly when I lived in London, I made up the ice cream! It was inspired by all those soft-serve cones of vanilla you can get with a Flake stuck in, though. I've been cliff walking on the coast of Whales, which I've been told is similar to Cornwall, which means it's beautiful. I'm really glad you liked the chapter! Next bits already in queue! | |||

I just love the first person narrative and I hope Snape finds out if she did conjure new undergarments or not. ;) Author's Response: Thanks!
