There is something so dangerous and sexy about him that...we all have similar reactions to him that our Hermione does. *grin* I look forward to seeing where this goes. Author's Response: Thanks! I'm really glad that you're enjoying the story! It's also good to hear that the alternating POV's are working for you. You've got me curious though - what is it about my narrative style that works? Reader's Response: It's a precarious balance between too much description and not enough. You've really struck a note with your concise, sharp narrative style and certain turns of phrases are rather original. I'm a fan of the "trail of ghostly phosphorence":) Your style satisfies my curiosity regarding the character's feelings, yet leaves some things to the reader's own imagination. Two chocolate frogs up! Author's Response: Thanks for the info! It's funny that you talk about a balance of how much description to use because I have to force myself to put in even this much! Concise is a very nice way to put it. Thanks for noticing the turns of phrase - I try to work on those. I like leaving some ambiguity and 'work' for the reader to do - glad you like it. | |||
