| I love it! Having Snape lose his voice is a perfectly reasonable effect of Nagini's bite, and I love how te taken Hermione so long to be let into his life. I love the fic in Snapes POV and the writing is lovely and IC. Am very much looking forward to more! Author's Response: Thank you so very much!! I've definitely tried to keep him IC, thank you!! | I loved that she reached out to him in her distress over Crooks. I know he was old, but he went comfortably, but her anguish was so well written. Severus’ reaction was perfect, part snark, but at the same time, instinctively giving her what she needed even if he didn’t realize it was. The scene with the mother was sweet.
I loved her ‘puzzle’ Her introduction of the sign language was excellent. The fact she had to give him a book on sign language was hilarious!
But I have to admit I laughed at the bits with Petunia and the ring – and then his reaction at giving it to Harry and then feeling smug that he’d made the boy cry. Happy Christmas indeed Harry.
