| I'm still working my way through this very enjoyable story, but.... I hope Severus grows to accept being called "Scotty." It's really a compliment to him, that his FiL considers him a "miracle-worker" capable of great things. Okay, back to reading.... Author's Response: lol I don't think Severus realises, quite yet, that it's Anthony's way of complimenting him indirectly. He knows that he's proud of his own name (I mean, can you imagine how he got teased before Hogwarts?) and doesn't like being "demoted" to a fictional character. In the meantime, Anthony's very friendly and does respect him but also knows from his daughter that he shouldn't let him take himself too seriously. It works out. :) | |||

| Hello! I've just found this story and am enjoying it very much. I just don't understand this part - that Draco put "a nasty little jink" on the wax seal, but Severus is still willing to receive Draco's overtures of friendship. That jinx doesn't sound very friendly? Author's Response: Hi, June! Draco knows that Severus will check all of his post - it's sort of a measure to protect their correspondence. Not everyone is a fan of them. | |||
