| OK, that extra snippet fills in the part I thought was missing. I thought I'd missed a chapter. They went from missing each other at the party to catching up with each other at his lab. I loved that he overheard her thinking about asking him to dance. Wonderful. It's so sad that I live so vicariously:P but I still have a lot of fun. | This is a review for the extra "bits" in the review section. I didn't know if it would let me review. Anyway, this was the part when Ron proposed. That was amazing--not that he proposed but how you wrote it. Adding the Seer was very good. Then it seemed like everything fell into place--preparing for NEWTS, the article that Hermione had saved Severus' life, the life debt owed. I loved it and wanted to let you know. | Well, the relationship seems to be moving right along:D They're openly having lunch, although I guess they did that before but this time seems different. I really understood what Severus was saying at the beginning of the chapter--living a certain way to make up for things. I've done that myself at times. What we don't realize is that we can be the hardest on ourselves over something that might not be as important to someone else. I hope that made sense. Great chapter. | Damn, that Slughorn is always getting in the way. And don't tell me Hestia Jones has a thing for Severus also. I was cheering when Hermione announced that they snogged for an hour. | I smiled through this chapter. I think Severus was fishing for positive comments and Yay for Hermione for giving them to him. She had a ready response for everything he said and some of those responses were unexpected. That's hard to pull off with someone as jaded as Severus. Great chapter. | I sure couldn't resist one more chapter before getting ready for bed. I'm glad you clarified the marriage to Ron rumor. I asked about that after the first chapter. I know you're not a sloppy editor so I figured there was a story behind it. How sweet of Hermione to want to save Severus' picture from the Quibbler--and to flirt with him so openly. | When is Severus going to realize that Hermione wants him also. Are you going to bring Lucius in to stir things up? Was it the last chapter when Severus realized that some people wouldn't buy potions because Hermione made them? Silly people. I'm sure she can brew circles around most. Great chapter. | The girl talk at the end was wonderful. Yay for Hermione for kissing the "bat of the dungeons." You know, I think I wasn't excited about in this story in the beginning because the chapters were short. I enjoy your writing so much that I want a lot of it. And then I got caught up in the story. I'm the sort of person who likes to prolong things that I enjoy:P I did find the added goodies in the reviews although when you first mentioned them I was confused. Great chapter. Author's Response: LOL I have some people tell me my chapters are usually too long.
