This work was fascinatingly brilliant. Or brilliantly fascinating. I have been enthralled by its exquisite mystery and well turned plots from the beginning. It was just perfect. Thank you so much for sharing this gold load of talent with us. It has been thoroughly enjoyable in the extreme. ~Mia

How ironic...everything that Purebloods like the Malfoys were doing to supposedly "protect" their heritage was exactly what was endangering it in the first place. I can just imagine Lucius' reaction on learning that piece of information, that him and his fellow Death Eaters were giving birth to squibs directly because of their exposure to Voldemort and/or his horcruxes. Ouch!

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm very happy you enjoyed the story and the irony of finding out that Voldemort caused the entire thing!

So, the purebloods were committing murders when they weren't even sure their babies were squibs at all? It can't hurt and it might help, eh? The theory that Voldemort, rather than inbreeding, was responsible for the squib epidemic was interesting. He really was a poison to everything he touched.

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm so glad you enjoyed the story and the irony of why it all happened in the first place!

This was a facinating story and my only regret is that it seems as if your conculsion was given way too early. Like all good stories we like to stew in the life of the characters for a while and I can only hope you would be willing to continue on with this theme.

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm glad you liked it.

I figured it was one or the other. But how horrible, murdering Muggleborn babies to give their magic to the Pureblood squibs, and naturally Lucius and Umbridge figured it was their right to take what they figured was rightfully theirs as Purebloods. The Order did manage to catch quite a few people, but I have to wonder how many people may have been involved behind the scenes. I imagine if they're put on trial, the Malfoy galleons, political power and their Ministry cronies will come into play...hopefully they haven't already begun to infiltrate the Wizengamot itself. It would be truly sickening if Lucius, Umbridge and their sick band of baby killers get away with what they've done.

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm so glad you enjoyed the reveal of the mystery and that it felt like something Lucius and Umbridge would do!

Keeper of Records, eh? More like Glorified File Clerk. Did MOM stick Hermione down in the basement so she'd be out of sight, out of mind? Major error on their part.

Author's Response: Thanks! I'm so glad you enjoyed the start! And you aren't wrong about MOM.
