| You managed to convey so much in a rather short piece. I thoroughly enjoyed this. I felt terrible for Remus, but he has, at last, found peace. Severus is once again in the position of having to do the dirty work. Why? Because every one knows that deep down inside, he is a man of honour and goodness. | Wow. One of the most impressive "one-shots" I've ever read. Lots of gut emotional appeal and deep content here that you expertly intertwined with delightful smut (though it really wasn't smut, it was just really good!). Nice job. Author's Response: Thank you so very much, m'lady! I was feeling particularly angsty, and had been toying with the idea of Snape assisting Lupin for some time, and this was the result. I'm pleased, too, that you consider the erotica more than just titilation... it was intended more as comfort sex, and a reaffirmation of life, so it's nice to know that it came across as more than just steam between the sheets. To let himself go likke, and to let all his emotions run free, was what made him feel anything for her and it's nice to see!! Author's Response: Thanks!! | It's logical that poor Lupin's disease would grow farther and farther away from being managable, and that Severus would be the only one who could help him bring it all to a merciful end. And it is also logical that Severus would finally, finally seek out Hermione for her compassion... and find something more. Very nice fic. Good job. Author's Response: Thanks, Guinnevere!
