Re reading this after 5 years, and I still love it. |

"...he guided her down the hall, his hand on the small of her back..." Why does Hermione need to be guided to her own quarters? Has she gone blind? Okay, so he just wants to touch her, but "guiding" is a poor excuse when they both know the route perfectly. He ends up being pushy rather than affectionate. |

Wonderful, sweet, romantic. Loved it. Reminded me of the old steve martin movie....think it was roxanne, where he wrote the letters. |

I've been meaning to read this for a while but have only now have had the free time, and I'm so glad I did! I really enjoyed the plot and thought your characterization of Severus was spot-on. I found the interactions between Severus and Draco entertaining and loved the sweet ending. Overall, great job! |

After reading the first chapter, I am very hopeful about the rest of this story! :) The idea of having Draco enlist Snape to help him woo Hermione is a clever one and will surely provide much hilarity. I really enjoyed the easy relationship between Severus and Hermione and I can't wait for Snape to figure out that HE should be the one pursuing Hermione, instead of Draco. The humor was very effective; one of my favorite parts of the chapter was when Snape was debating about going to Hermione's door to check on her after her big date with Draco - his idea to ask for a cup of powdered root of asphodel was very funny! :) Super work! |

This was wonderful! I really enjoyed this story...I was hoping it would be a little bit longer. I like clueless, my-father-still-runs-my-life Draco, too. Mostly we cast him as reformed and debonair or pure nastiness - this was a different character. And your Snape is sweet. I love how the letters opened them up. My only wish is that it had been longer... |
