Though I never would have realised it wasn't the complete chapter had I not read the last Author Note. This was a strange twist to their little game, how wonderfully wicked would it be for Hermione to win next time? Haha, that sounds creepy, but worth reading about. Anyways I digress, this has been a very enjoyable read on many different levels. You manage to create unique scenarios in which their (Hermione and Snape) relationship can progress. In fact, every situation in this fanfic has had very realistic and meaninful tones making them all very significant to the development of their relationship, as well as the over all imaginitive plot. Not sure what I think about the groping towards the end, but everyone has their own way of romance. It is kinda of fitting. I really do like the style of this story and I think that it is very well written. The tentativeness in a budding romance is perfectly described as well as the insecurities of both participants. I agree with other reviewers that I would like to have the updates more often, but if this is the time you need to write such a lovely story then it is worth the wait! Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing - I wanted to have a story where they were both a bit tentative with each other rather than automatically knowing the right things to say/do. I know I would like to update more often but it's not an easy thing at times to churn out chapters. I'm definitely hoping to update sometime in January (perhaps!).
