| Your style, overall, is distinctive. It always takes me a few moments to settle into your cadence and tenor, but you're consistent and have a clear voice. I found your most recent chapter oddly compelling ... you've certainly made Hermione and Severus "earn" this moment, and you've done your reader the honor of making it believable and gritty rather than fairy-tale fluff. | Mutual masturbation. That was very erotic. Well, she's wasn't exactly stroking him too, but I always enjoy the thought of them touching each other, especially if there is no penetration and coming by touch alone. I love it when they do get around to shagging, but the almost innocence of just touch alone is highly arousing. Very hot! I kept laughing over Severus and the chocolate cupcakes. He's just a little boy with a love for chocolate cake at heart. Maybe Hermione could bring him a small bowl of chcolate icing to the library some time. I wish that Harry and Ron would just get over the whole fact she's with him. I am surprised that Neville would act so strongly, but rumor and speculation can make things seem worse. At least she still has Lav to talk with. And for Christmas, can we have just one more chapter...PLEASE? God, I really do love this story and all teh internal motivation that is expanded upon. Author's Response: Thank you for enjoying that scene... Yes, Severus does have a liking for chocolate as Hermione is finding out. Unfortunately Harry and Ron are still having a hard time dealing with the fact that Hermione is (gasp) willing to go out with Snape. I feel that Neville has a lot of reasons to dislike Snape as well. I can't promise another chapter for Christmas but I will be working on the next one over the holidays... | |||
