Just in my late 30's, mother of a budding teenage boy and living with my very own Snape-ish man who has the same passion and Slytherin tendacies as I imagine my sexy crush to have. When you watch a gifted actor/actress bring forth a character, its enjoyable. When you watch a character be born, by so close a merging of real life personal characteristics and fictional characteristics that you can't fathom how this creation can't be living somewhere in the world, then that is a very great gift. Alan Rickman/Severus Snape was such a character, regardless of whom others wanted to be the starring roles of the series. Slowly working on an idea I want to expand on for my dear one as I fanatically refuse to let Severus drift into the obscure mists that JKR has abandoned him too. (And exceedingly glad to find others who also do not wish to abandon him, as I am thoroughly enjoying exploring their imaginative offerings!) Honestly, I may find it easier to start with drabbles and then expand on them to get where I want to.
