The room became silent as Hermione strode confidently in, only to stop in front of the Great Table. Her outfit was a complete duplicate to Snape’s except it was the colour of pure cream, a warm, shimmering color in direct contrast to his stark, dull black.

Three things happened almost simultaneously. The castle shook as a strange, almost crystalline sound was heard, followed by a bellow of deep, dark rage, and a flying pig dropped an envelope onto Snape’s plate.
