The bottom was a little too thick for her liking, any potions made in this cauldron would have to simmer for a little longer, but that would only add to the fun of the brewing." 'Add to the fun of the brewing'?! Don't you mean tedium and drudgery? No wonder Hermione found it 'too thick for her liking'! But if Snape watched Hermione browse the various cauldrons (and saw her put her own 15 galleons away since she needed 19)--let's hope the pure pewter ones he recommended were also 19 galleons! Cute story!

| Just found this enchanting story in the "Random" selections. Very nice bit. I don't get very much of the "lusting" but I do get a hint of the "you exasperate me and I don't want to admit it" bit. Very well done! |
