just read one of your other stories and was determined to now read all of yours - and realized, I read this one a while back and liked it a lot, though I can't remember it now. I am looking forward to refreshing my memory!
Author's Response: Thanks for coming back! |

I think I mean ENGAGING it was late and I was tired!!!! Really great story thanks for keeping our favs. in character!! I really enjoyed the twins, I loved that you involved lesser characters from the books.
Author's Response: It was fun to juggle a bunch of secondary characters. (The twins are a hoot to write.) Thanks for reading! |

Whatever has Severus gotten himself into this time?
Author's Response: He can never have a quiet life, can he? |

Author's Response: Indeed! Hope you enjoy the rest. |

I think the aspect I liked best about this story was the plot, because it was suspenseful and complex and very, very interesting. I like the perspective you gave on it all, and how the story overall developed. I wasn't so satisfied with the romance between Snape and Hermione... But I guess I was more confused about the apprenticeship thing and how Snape was getting hissy about control... XD
I think what's really interesting is that, having read your other story, you can almost see how your opinions of the problems and issues in Hermione and Severus's relationship evolve (the issue of an apprenticeship, for example). All in all, it was a good read. :D
Author's Response: This story definitely led to the next. And since "Wandless Magic" was less about the relationship than the wider problems they were dealing with, it was interesting to try the reverse afterward. ("Wandess Magic" was my first stab at a novel-length story -- well, first stab when I was out of adolescence -- so it's far from perfect. I'm glad you liked parts of it nonetheless.) Thanks for reading. |
