This is lovely! Both Severus and Hermione are in character. I loved Severus’ surprise. I love how he managed to completely get into the spirit of the holiday and manage to Use it as an opportunity to laugh at himself as well. You also realistically sped them along to a romantic moment that was perfect. It was sweet with the appropriate amount of hot without it going too far. Thank you also for not desecrating Albus‘ nor Lily’s memory.

What a fun story. You managed, through your writing, to make me feel excitement for trick or treating. I could feel the excitement of the students and Hermione. I thought back to when I went out on Halloween as a child and then getting my children all dressed up and ready for trick or treating.

I love the fact that you split this in two parts and picked that dramatic spot to make your cut. Fun story so far. Author's Response: It was supposed to be a one-shot and was on other sites, but Ashwinder has a cut off at 11,000 words and this one was just over. But in deciding where to divide it into two, I thought this cliffhanger-esque spot would work well.
