| By far the best 'non-magical' child story ever. I think everyone can admit to wanting to please their parents with their abilities, even when they are different from the parents. Sometimes they are accepted, sometimes not, in a perfect world parents would always be proud...........it's a shame we don't live in a perfect world. Author's Response: Wow! Thank you so much! | So beautiful. I have read quite a few stories with a nonmagical child, but this is by far the best written most amazing ever. Your ability to convey the emotion, the love, the hurt, the frustration.....the emptions were palpable. Brava!!!
